Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of G1 G2 Test, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

G1 G2 Test provides:

• Driving instruction and lessons
• Road test preparation
• Defensive driving courses
• Highway and advanced driving skills training
• Online booking and scheduling services

Student Requirements

Eligibility

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must possess a valid G1 learner's permit or higher license
• Must provide accurate personal and contact information
• Must comply with all traffic laws and instructor directions

Student Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually for scheduled lessons
• Bring required documents (license, permit) to each lesson
• Follow all safety instructions and vehicle rules
• Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and staff
• Pay for services according to agreed terms

Booking and Scheduling

• Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or phone
• We reserve the right to modify schedules due to weather, vehicle maintenance, or instructor availability
• Students will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible
• Lesson times are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of booking or before lessons begin
• We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer payments
• Package deals must be paid in full before the first lesson

Refund Policy

• Individual lessons cancelled with 24+ hours notice: full refund
• Individual lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: no refund
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: no refund
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations due to severe weather conditions will receive full credit
• We may cancel lessons due to unsafe driving conditions, vehicle issues, or instructor illness
• Cancelled lessons will be rescheduled at no additional cost

Safety and Liability

Vehicle and Insurance

• All vehicles are properly insured and maintained
• Students are covered under our commercial insurance during lessons
• Vehicles are equipped with dual controls for safety
• Students must not operate the vehicle outside of supervised instruction

Limitation of Liability

G1 G2 Test's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Failure to pass road tests or obtain licenses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Personal property damage or loss
• Injuries resulting from student negligence or failure to follow instructions

Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Use of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances
• Aggressive or reckless driving behavior
• Damage to vehicles or property
• Failure to follow instructor directions

Violation of this code may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and instructional materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts and governed by Ontario and Canadian law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
